The Senior Manager, Omni Creative Concept will lead the ideation and execution of multi-channel creative strategies, blending digital innovation with in-store activations and interactive 3D experiences. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Brand Creative and cross-functional partners, this role will elevate the brand's storytelling, ensuring consistency and innovation across all consumer touchpoints. With a strong background in both digital and physical environments, the Senior Manager will deliver integrated, immersive concepts that engage and inspire customers.

Key Accountabilities
Concept Development: Lead the creation of seasonal omni-channel concept decks that seamlessly integrate digital (web, mobile, social) and in-store activations, including interactive 3D experiences.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with creative leadership to align on brand strategies, ensuring the execution supports business objectives and resonates with target consumers.
Innovation & Trends: Stay at the forefront of emerging creative and technological trends, driving innovation in both digital and physical spaces to create immersive brand experiences.
Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store design teams to ensure alignment and execution of creative strategies across all channels.
Creative Leadership: Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Competitor Analysis: Maintain a pulse on industry trends and competitors, adapting and innovating strategies to maintain brand leadership.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in omni-channel retail marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital, in-store, and experiential design.
Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative excellence in both digital and physical environments.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and 3D rendering tools preferred.
