As a Servicing Advisor-in-Training, you will be a part of our growing Advice Team, assisting in the delivery of our best-in-class financial advisory services. It is our team's mission to exceed our clients' expectations by providing an oasis of calm amid the chaos. As part of our program, you will:
Be introduced to the "real world" of financial planning without the pressure of generating new business
Learn to build client relationships founded on fiduciary advice
Be the lead in client meetings that implement our clients' plans
Focus on your professional development as a financial advisor through hands-on training with our Advice Team
Learn how to solve for an appropriate and customized asset allocation with a client
Obtain Series 65 registration with an opportunity to obtain CFP® designation
Once program is completed, you will maintain relationships with our clients and assist them in their financial planning
This is a hybrid position, with the current requirement to be in our Glastonbury, CT office once per week. This position requires up to 2 evenings per week, one in person and one virtual. Once graduated to a Servicing Advisor with your own client relationships, your schedule changes to Monday through Thursday, 2 evenings a week. This creates flexibility in your schedule for the remainder of the week to ensure a total of 40 hours for a healthy work/life balance. When not in the office, you will be set up to work from home with full functionality.
