Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Enterprise Systems)
Employment Type: Long term contract, possible extension/conversion
Location: Durant, OK - hybrid
Salary Range: $45-$55/hr (W2)
Akkodis is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contract position in the Southern OK area. The desired candidate will have 5+ years of business systems analysis experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst, specifically on large-scale ERP, HCM, or Time and Labor system deployments. This role requires active involvement across the full project lifecycle-from gathering requirements to delivering solutions-and includes supporting additional initiatives as needed. Responsibilities:
Conduct requirements-gathering sessions to understand project objectives and business needs.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Collaborate with vendors to align their solutions with business objectives.
Lead design discussions and workshops to identify effective solutions to meet project goals.
Oversee testing processes, including developing test plans, coordinating activities, and validating results with stakeholders.
Contribute to change management efforts by creating training materials, delivering training, and assisting with transitions.
Provide stakeholders with consistent project updates, including progress, risks, and dependencies.
Support other projects as needed by offering business analysis expertise.
Perform data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting during and after system implementations.

Skills:
Proven Senior/Lead Business Analyst experience with large-scale enterprise systems like ERP, HCM, and/or Time and Labor platforms.
Demonstrated ability to oversee all stages of software implementation projects, including planning, analysis, data conversion, testing, training, and support.
Adept at collaborating with varied stakeholders, including vendors, technical teams, and business users.
Expertise in business analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other project management or reporting platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Skilled in organizing workshops, facilitating discussions, and achieving alignment among stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical details for non-technical audiences.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Adaptable team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments.
