Regulatory Operations Management plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the freedom to sale and freedom to operate of the company as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The position is accountable for complex and high-valued global projects through developing, contributing and implementing strategic direction of key company objectives while securing optimal efficiency of the regulatory operations and governance processes.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Lead a global team of regulatory experts in the domain of Regulatory Data Systems and Documentation (including the regulatory data system Veeva), Product Chemistry Management, Safety Data Sheets & Chemical Hazard Management, Adverse Events & Compliance and Safety Management. All of them play a crucial role in supporting the entire cross-functional organization to develop and maintain freedom to sale and operate as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations through steering the governmental agencies, industry standards & Envu policy compliance and traceability of safety standards & stewardship - in the field of responsibility - applying them equally to proprietary and third-party assets.
Ensure optimal know-how management to guarantee continuity and alignment of regulatory activities both strategically and operationally and promoting the individual development of team members.
Lead robust registration data management, vital for up-to-date transparent and compliant business processes and their interconnections embracing innovative digital solutions and providing a single source of truth for regulatory data to support current and future commercial & business needs. Oversee and direct maintenance and optimization of data regulatory systems, including integrating cross-functional systems with regulatory platforms.
Implement in the field of responsibility business-driven portfolio ($500 M) decisions and approaches efficiently including regulatory submissions tracking.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in agriculture, health, physical, or natural sciences. Further education in Data Science, Data Management, Digital Transformation and / or Chemical Safety will be a plus.
In depth knowledge of regulatory environment with at least 8 years of experience in the regulatory area (Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years, Master's degree plus 12+ years or PhD plus 8+ years of experience).
Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead by influence across multiple functions, countries, and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams (min10 people) and leverage diversity through strong cross-cultural skills.
High sense of integrity with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance
Ability to manage and steer complex projects with a high strategic mindset.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage ambiguity.
Constantly seeking opportunities to increase the digital awareness linking business needs to digital solutions.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
