A well-established manufacturing company with over 700 employees is seeking a bilingual Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support its expanding HR team in Central Indiana (Greater Indianapolis Area). This non-union facility offers a stable environment where candidates can contribute directly to core HR functions.
Job Description:
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for key HR activities, including training, employee orientation, benefits administration, safety, payroll, conflict resolution, and employee guidance. This role supports the HR Manager in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures and collaborates with the Operations Team in a manufacturing setting. The Generalist will also participate in problem-solving initiatives and provide HR updates during team meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
1-5 years of HR experience; recent college graduates with HR training and relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (Debe ser bilingüe español / inglés).
BA/BS in Business preferred (an HR concentration is a plus).
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
SHRM certifications (PHR/SPHR) are preferred but not required.
