Job Description:
Supply Chain/buyer
Contract Position
Location: Wichita, KS
Interfaces with customers to provide accurate and timely responses to quote inquiries
Ensures adherence to the agreed-to plan, customer commitments, budgets, schedule requirements, company and customer ethics regulations and guidelines.
Provides support to senior management.
Acts as liaison between customers and company executive management.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders and acts as a project manager to respond to customer requests.
Qualifications Basic
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience in Supply chain experience, coordinating and expediting delivery schedules
SAP experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred
Supply chain experience, coordinating and expediting delivery schedules
Preferred
Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze, organize, and analyze data
Detail and process oriented
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficient Typing/ 10 Key
Strong oral and written communication skills
