Job Description:

SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is proud to partner with a prestigious luxury resort in San Diego to source an experienced Director of Revenue Management. This leadership role is responsible for optimizing the resort's revenue performance by developing and implementing pricing strategies, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive results in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, F&B profitability, and ancillary revenue streams.

Forecasting & Budgeting:
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets by analyzing historical data, current market trends, and competitive performance. Monitor results to identify opportunities for improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Utilize revenue management systems to analyze demand patterns, booking trends, and pricing elasticity. Present findings and actionable recommendations to the executive team.

Pricing Optimization:
  • Set dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and alignment with market conditions.

Collaboration Across Departments:
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to align strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to revenue generation.

Market & Competitive Analysis:
  • Continuously monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and occupancy trends to adjust strategies as needed.

Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the revenue management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide training and support to ensure consistent professional development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
  • Strong proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto) and property management systems (e.g., Opera)
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue strategies that drive measurable results
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
