What You'll Do:
Manage and Oversee DME Programs:
Supervise inventory, tracking, and distribution processes across locations.
Train and educate staff, ensuring competencies in DME-related procedures.
Perform functional brace measurements, fittings, and patient education.
Support Operational Excellence:
Oversee tracking systems, place and reconcile orders, and conduct inventory counts.
Ensure compliance with billing documentation and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with revenue cycle teams and address procedural inquiries.
Drive Team Development:
Educate front desk and clinical staff on workflows and competencies.
Support successful implementation of new supplies and practices.
Act as a backup to the Materials Management Clerk when needed.
Contribute to Organizational Goals:
Provide reporting and participate in DME program meetings.
Ensure program maintenance during team PTO.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
What You Bring:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Certified Athletic Trainer preferred.
Background in healthcare settings.
Experience & Skills:
Strong knowledge of materials management (inventory, ordering, accounts payable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic functions required).
Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to dynamic workloads.
Experience in orthopedic bracing is preferred.
Reliable transportation to commute between locations as needed.
