We're seeking a DME Program Manager to oversee Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Cold Therapy, and future service lines at our practice locations. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative leadership with hands-on training and education responsibilities. What You'll Do:

  • Manage and Oversee DME Programs:
  • Supervise inventory, tracking, and distribution processes across locations.
  • Train and educate staff, ensuring competencies in DME-related procedures.
  • Perform functional brace measurements, fittings, and patient education.
  • Support Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee tracking systems, place and reconcile orders, and conduct inventory counts.
  • Ensure compliance with billing documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle teams and address procedural inquiries.
  • Drive Team Development:
  • Educate front desk and clinical staff on workflows and competencies.
  • Support successful implementation of new supplies and practices.
  • Act as a backup to the Materials Management Clerk when needed.
  • Contribute to Organizational Goals:
  • Provide reporting and participate in DME program meetings.
  • Ensure program maintenance during team PTO.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

What You Bring:

Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certified Athletic Trainer preferred.
  • Background in healthcare settings.

Experience & Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of materials management (inventory, ordering, accounts payable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic functions required).
  • Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to dynamic workloads.
  • Experience in orthopedic bracing is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to commute between locations as needed.
