Role: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Bs degree in mechanical with 5+ years experience in compressor design development

Onsite coordinator for design in air compressors for HVAC applications

Experience in new product design & development of compressors and experience in rotating equipment design/development preferred

Design as per ASME standards

DFMEA, risk analysis & mitigation plan as part of new product development

Proficient with Solidworks, mechanical, manufacturing systems

Develop new equipment from concept through launch

• Knowledge of machining and tolerances , knowledge of GD&T
