About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our team, driving product success through strategic planning, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring our products remain competitive and meet market demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead product discovery by conducting research and interviews with stakeholders and customers to identify opportunities and solutions.
  • Prioritize feature development and enhancements to elevate user experience and address market gaps.
  • Write clear, actionable user stories for the Engineering team, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of product solutions.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with engineering capacity and long-term product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and market standards.
  • Train internal teams on product updates and create user documentation for both internal and external use.
  • Conduct validation testing for product releases, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate product feedback and performance, recommending optimizations to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hospital contract management, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Skilled in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and strategic marketing techniques.
  • Proficient with product management tools such as DevOps.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and clearly document processes.
  • Strong ability to compose clear product specifications and test cases.
  • Effective communication skills for translating complex needs into actionable development tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
