Responsibilities:
Lead product discovery by conducting research and interviews with stakeholders and customers to identify opportunities and solutions.
Prioritize feature development and enhancements to elevate user experience and address market gaps.
Write clear, actionable user stories for the Engineering team, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of product solutions.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with engineering capacity and long-term product strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and market standards.
Train internal teams on product updates and create user documentation for both internal and external use.
Conduct validation testing for product releases, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
Continuously evaluate product feedback and performance, recommending optimizations to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of hospital contract management, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle workflows.
Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Skilled in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and strategic marketing techniques.
Proficient with product management tools such as DevOps.
Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and clearly document processes.
Strong ability to compose clear product specifications and test cases.
Effective communication skills for translating complex needs into actionable development tasks.
