POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Curriculum will lead our team of trainers and content creators focused on educating our clients and their teams through innovative educational content with a focus on marketing, sales, human resources, finance, and operations. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive curriculum strategies that cater specifically to the needs of business owners across various industries.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Building out a world-class, robust learning program that our clients team members are eager and excited to utilize, since they understand the value is to help them become successful in their roles and evolve as 10X Employees
  • Developing the program overtime in order to continue to enhance the courses and make them increasingly engaging so clients continue to renew, or purchase other products/services due to their experience with 10X BA

OBJECTIVES
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for training content that aligns with organizational goals and supports the needs of business owners.
  • Lead a team of trainers in designing and delivering high-quality educational content, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Create all presentation/decks in collaboration with EVP of Revenue and Marketing needed for events and speaking engagements with CEO
  • Collaborate with EVP to ensure all event content is updated and in alignment with the goals of the event
  • Hold clients and their teams accountable to implementation of the training material
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts/designer to efficiently create engaging and impactful learning experiences, including workshops, courses, and coaching sessions.
  • Development and enhance training materials, resources, and tools to support effective delivery and implementation.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with industry associations, business networks, and educational institutions to enhance curriculum offerings and access to resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to optimize curriculum content and delivery methods.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to trainers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to promote and optimize the impact of the content curriculum offerings.

COMPETENCIES
  • Strong understanding of business management principles, entrepreneurship, and the challenges faced by business owners.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and lead engaging content in front of a large audience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and Operations
  • Ability to create engaging content and activities that provide tactical skill development
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to curriculum design.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and innovative training methodologies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proven track record (8+ years) of leadership in curriculum development, training, or educational program management, within a business-focused context

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
