My medical device client is an innovative company that develops and manufactures regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. They are seeking to hire a Medical Sales Rep to cover and do new business development within an assigned territory. Responsibilities will include penetrating new business opportunities and managing clients. This position involves presentations to surgeons and being in wound care center settings.
Profile:
Medical Device Sales selling Biologics, Regenerative Medicine or Wound Care
Must have experience/ relationships within hospitals within territory.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Min. 5+ years of Medical Sales experience preferably within Wound Care
New business development with ability to close large deals
Experience selling to hospitals, clinics and wound care centers
Knowledge/Understanding of biotechnology industry and trends
Knowledge/Understanding of Healthcare reimbursement preferred
Ability to develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel as needed
Offering:
Base Salary $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience/market)
Year 1 @ plan $180,000 - $200,000
