Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Positions role at New York Life Insurance Company located in West Palm Beach, FL. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as managing and leading teams, developing and implementing strategies, analyzing data and results, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with other departments. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
Executive leadership, management, and mentoring skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CFP is a plus
Other beneficial qualifications may include proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software, knowledge of industry regulations and standards, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
