As a Store Manager at Chemical Guys, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, providing in depth product knowledge and creating an awesome brand experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of a retail store including marketing, inventory management, customer service, and the onboarding and training of new team member.
Our Store Manager will be an effective leader with excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and is able to excel in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment while meeting sales goals and maximizing profitability.

Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, display expert product knowledge, and offer an unforgettable shopping experience
Possess a strong drive, ambition, and passion for achievement of sales objectives
Build the store business and brand awareness through Marketing and Social Media
Hire, onboard and train new team members
Oversee all aspects of Inventory Management
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Communicate professionally with customers, associates and corporate partners
Support company and management initiatives and direction while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Prioritize tasks with an attention to detail while ensuring a customer first focus
Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards
Ensure Loss Prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external shortages
Represent Chemical Guys with integrity and honesty in all interactions with associates and customers. Safeguard confidential information, cash and credit card information, and merchandise
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or service related industry
Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others
Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals as well as train team members to be effective sales people
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Strong personal leadership skills and desire to succeed
Ability to deal with problem situations in a professional manner
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Schedule flexibility with the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to move about in a store including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders and step stools, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
Fluency in a second language is a plus
First Year Deliverables (what to expect your first year)
First 3 months
Attend Smart Detailing University (SDU), learn the Chemical Guys product line to be the subject matter expert. Learn all aspects of the SHINE customer experience model and successful day to day operations of a Chemical Guys store.
Evaluate the store's SHINE customer experience model, merchandise presentation, inventory management, and compliance to company policy and procedures to identify areas of opportunity in order to create a store action plan.
Build successful relationships with all store team members and discover areas for coaching, training, and development to elevate the SHINE experience.
3 - 6 Months
Develops, trains, and motivates store teams to meet financial goals through the execution of the SHINE customer experience model.
Successfully execute social media marketing, classes, and events in order to drive customer traffic, engagement, and increased store revenue.
Attracts, recruits, and retains top talent with the demonstrated ability to provide an excellent customer experience and achieve sales targets. Implements a strong succession plan within the store to prepare for talent needs while minimizing turnover.
6 to 12 months
Deliver ongoing weekly, monthly, and annual Chemical Guys business KPIs and results, including total sales, ATV, UPT.
Drive increase in store profitability through controllable expenses such as store credit card spend, marketing budget and labor optimization.
Motivate, develop, and coach teams to reach their fullest potential and prepare them for the next level of responsibility.
