Compensation:
Expected salary range: $115,000 - $130,000.

Responsibilities:
Lead the achievement of individual and team sales goals, as well as overall boutique KPIs.
Drive sales and customer service efforts to consistently meet or exceed targets.
Develop a deep understanding of the boutique's business and identify opportunities to implement effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with management to create client strategies that foster long-term relationships and business growth.
Anticipate business needs and proactively activate plans to minimize disruptions.
Ensure compliance with all operational and audit policies and procedures.
Maintain the boutique to meet brand standards and manage day-to-day operations.
Oversee hiring and recruitment for the boutique team, motivating staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
Build a high-performing team through strategic talent evaluation and planning.
Analyze sales data and performance reports as needed.
Responsible for the daily opening and closing of the boutique, ensuring adequate staffing coverage.
Qualifications:
A proactive attitude with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations.
Bachelor's Degree required.
6+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
Demonstrated initiative, conscientiousness, and thorough follow-through on responsibilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing work responsibilities and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to work well within a group dynamic.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is preferred.
A secondary language is a plus.
Ability to assist with special projects as needed and lift up to 40 lbs.
