A Luxury senior living community in a suburb of Beverly Hills, California, is looking for a talented Sales Counselor to join their Sales team! This stunning campus offers resort amenities and spacious floorplans for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
Qualifications:
Proven success at commission based sales
Passion for Elderly Demographic
Driven by closing a sale, as well as doing the right thing!
Expert at "peeling the onion" to understand motivations
Ability to understand and overcome objections
Ability to close sales in person and over the phone
Skill requirements:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Experience working with sales CRM systems
In this position you will have daily interaction with seniors and their families, both in person and over the phone. You will conduct tours and discuss the different living options available, as well as uncover the specific needs of the individual through a discovery process. You will need to possess the ability to be professional, warm, genuine, and empathetic while also focusing on driving the census for the community.
