Clayton Services is searching for a Parts Manager to join a thriving company in Northeast Houston. The Parts Manager will be responsible for taking accurate orders and providing customer service to clients.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $55,000-$65,000/year, depending on experience

Parts Manager Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails regarding parts orders
Take detailed notes regarding customers orders and relay the appropriate information to the parts department
Assist customers who are trying to inquire about purchasing equipment
Move products/parts around the yard with a pallet jack and forklift as needed
Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts and equipment to customers
Provide excellent customer service to customers
Quickly respond to inquiries/questions/concerns and address them accordingly
Assist with completing shipping paperwork as needed
Assist with other duties as needed and assigned

Parts Manager Education and Experience:
Previous experience working in a parts department assisting customers with orders is required.
Previous experience working at a construction-related company is a plus.
A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
Previous experience operating a forklift is a plus.
