Job Description:

Do you have a background in car wash management? Our client is looking for an experienced car wash professional to oversee and manage their Arizona locations. Our client is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven candidate with management experience to fill their District Manager position!

Position Summary:
  • Ensure guest service meets or exceeds Company-defined standards at all times
  • Follow/oversee daily opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure proper start-up and shutdown of car wash equipment
  • Oversee and teach preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee store cash handling processes, reporting, and control to ensure the safeguarding of Company assets
  • Oversee and manage each store's labor hours to stay within allotted hours and cars/labor hour productivity targets
  • Oversee and minimize site downtime hours by conducting preventative maintenance and assessing fast-acting solutions
  • Monitor current store net revenue vs prior year and budgets, actively pursuing the achievement of Company targets
  • Manage active memberships vs prior quarter to successfully achieve Company targets
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times and assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
  • Train and oversee each team on company sales procedures to ensure standards are being met
  • Handle all operational needs, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, training, etc.
  • Address and handle employee and guest concerns/questions
  • Evaluate regularly the maintenance, damage, cleanliness, appearance, etc. of store facilities

  • Minimum of +3 years car wash management experience

  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Management experience
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Basic understanding of computer software and willingness to learn utilized services
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good organization skills
  • Meets basic management competencies
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
