The Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor branch office staff
Execute daily operations of the branch
Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives
Hire, develop, and train full time employees
Manage branch P&L
Ensure compliance with both Federal and State regulations as well as Malone and their customers' policies and practices
Develop new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships
The Requirements:
Must have 2-5 years of management experience
Experience in staffing, recruitment, sales is preferred
Experience hiring and training individuals
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft programs
Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
