We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping drive sales growth. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for managing staff and inventory and contributing to financial performance.

customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Sales and Profitability: Help general manager develop and implement sales strategies to achieve
store targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed. • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage
ordering processes to ensure product availability. • Store Operations: Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize
profitability. • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team on local advertising efforts.
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
