As a Sales and Education Market Specialist, you will be the face of Dr. Diamond's Metacine in our retail stores, engaging with retail teams and our end customers. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and enhancing brand awareness. Success in this position requires establishing a strong in-store presence and achieving sales targets. We are looking for self-starters who are results-oriented and passionate about the beauty industry.
About the Brand
Dr. Diamond's Metacine, created by renowned Beverly Hills facial plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond, is a luxury skincare brand launched in May 2023. The brand is available online Direct-to-Consumer and through prestigious retailers like Nordstrom.com, ModaOperandi.com, Goop.com, Bluemercury.com, Bluemercury and Nordstrom stores. Experiencing rapid growth, we seek candidates with experience in high-end skincare and luxury skincare retailers in the U.S. Familiarity with Bluemercury is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Sales
Achieve sales goals in assigned retail stores.
Represent Dr. Diamond's Metacine to drive sales and brand awareness in retail locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams.
Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations.
Conduct interactive product demonstrations.
Ensure product merchandising aligns with retailer and brand standards.
Provide critical feedback to sales and education executives.
Leave a positive, lasting impression after each store visit.
Education
Schedule and execute training programs within assigned territory in collaboration with retailer management to support business goals.
Motivate and develop Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
Serve as a role model in image and professionalism.
Monitor and promote brand image and awareness.
Conduct on-the-job education through leading by example.
Implement Gratis incentives for key players in retail sales locations.
Relationship Management
Develop collaborative partnerships with retailers, brand ambassadors, counter managers, fragrance specialists, makeup artists, and corporate teams.
Act as a key business partner to store and corporate management, discussing business opportunities, concerns, and sales promotions to ensure targets are met.
Partner with retail management teams to optimize in-store visual opportunities.
Ensure visual merchandising adheres to brand and store guidelines.
Relevant Experience and Skills
Experience supporting and selling in prestige beauty retailers.
Previous experience in prestige markets, preferably establishing relationships with major prestige retailers.
Previous experience working with fragrance, skincare or color cosmetics.
Highly driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
Detail-oriented multitasker with a history of leading in-store events and trainings.
Compensation: $30 Per Hour, contingent upon experience.
Houston Market: 30 Hours Per Week
