Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
Conduct outreach activities to engage potential clients, share product/service information, and schedule meetings or presentations.
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications
2+ years in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms is a plus.
Outgoing, driven, and motivated by relationship-building and achieving results.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
