You'll have ultimate responsibility for amplifying our impact and driving our ambitious growth objectives across the North America region.
What You'll Do:
Achieve individual sales targets, specifically targeting enterprise clients for North America by driving high-impact deals and owning key accounts, setting a performance standard and actively contributing to regional revenue goals.
Collaborate closely with the Growth Director to refine the commercial strategy for North America and ensure the most effective and efficient methods of revenue generation and market presence.
Execute against the commercial strategy for North America with the purpose of achieving corporate objectives.
Build and lead a high performing North America sales team.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience: at least 10+ years' end to end software sales experience and 5+ years' sales leadership experience.
Extensive network: experience selling to CSOs and CISOs, with a wide network in physical and digital security.
Strategic mindset: motivated by long-term growth and building sustainable processes to support regional objectives
