Vice President of Sales - Cerwin-Vega Pro Audio Gear

About the Role:

As Vice President of Professional Audio Sales, you will play a critical role in driving our continued growth and success with Cerwin-Vega pro audio gear. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, exceeding revenue targets for Cerwin-Vega products, and building strong relationships with our channel partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals for Cerwin-Vega pro audio equipment.

Lead, motivate, and coach a team of talented sales professionals to effectively sell Cerwin-Vega products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and distributors to expand sales of Cerwin-Vega gear.

Develop a deep understanding of the pro audio market and customer needs, with a specific focus on Cerwin-Vega's target audience.

Oversee sales forecasting and pipeline management for Cerwin-Vega pro audio equipment.

Identify and implement strategies to expand market share and brand awareness for Cerwin-Vega products.

Manage and develop sales, budgets and resources specifically for Cerwin-Vega pro audio equipment.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the pro audio or related B2B technology industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams, particularly for established brands.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.

Deep knowledge of the pro audio market and current industry trends, with a strong understanding of Cerwin-Vega's brand reputation and product portfolio.

Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
