24 Seven is partnering with a well-known lifestyle company based in Portland, OR to help them find a Product Technology Enablement Specialist to join their team in this hybrid position. This is full-time, direct hire opportunity working 3 days/week onsite in the Portland area.
Ideal Candidate: will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field as well at least 3 years' experience in systems administration. Must also be an expert with Centric PLM software
Overview:
The Product Technology Enablement Specialist provides technical support and training to end users of a product management platform and other key software platforms. This role troubleshoots system issues and documents solutions.
Responsibilities: • Onboards and supports users on product technology systems. Create accounts, conducts introductory training, and acts as the primary point of contact for support issues, including helping with sign in issues, permissions issues, and intake new feature requests. • Manages internal and external change requests and incident tickets through Jira. • Analyzes root cause of technology issues, developing and documenting solutions. • Supports development process by gathering technology requirements and testing new system functionality. • Manages relevant projects by collecting requirements, scheduling meetings with key stakeholders, note-taking, tracking deliverables, and providing status updates to cross-functional teams. • Creates, maintains, and publishes technical documentation for systems and processes. • Conducts administrative system tasks such as regular checks to maintain data integrity, including duplicate records, out of range data entries, and reviewing change log data to resolve accidental edits. Maintains in and outbound data flows.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred. • 3 years' experience in systems administration. • Proficiency with PC and database management programs. • Prior experience working with a PIM, PLM, and/or DAM system is preferred. • Prior experience working with Centric PLM. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool Suite. • Ability to leverage data transformation functions to cleanse and transform data to meet end point requirements. • Ability to attend meetings that occur in all time zones, including Europe and Asia.
