Role Description
This is a contracted position housing both full-time and part-time work from home or remotely for licensed and unlicensed life insurance agent at The James Agency. As a life insurance agent you will be responsible for contacting clients, meeting and securing their insurance needs through selling of insurance policies. The James Agency does have access to in-house lead-based system where you will be able to purchase your leads. You will be required to book appointments daily, offer top-notch customer service to your clients and potential clients, while managing various insurance products. This is a 100% commission-based position which allows you the ability to make uncapped income. You must be willing to purchase study material, pass state licensure exam and background check to become licensed agent to write policies. You cannot have any open felonies or misdemeanors. You are required to have phone access, internet and laptop/desktop to complete the daily task of a remote life insurance agent.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
State insurance license required
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
AML Training and E&O Insurance for contracting with multiple carriers is necessary
