Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
Extensive experience in FMCG or retail industry, with deep understanding of new product launches and sales channel collaboration.
Proficient in product training and demand creation, adept at utilizing tools like samples and marketing materials for effective new product promotion, while gathering store feedback to support internal decision-making.
Familiar with wholesaler partnership models, capable of establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships to drive joint offline and online marketing activities, enhancing new product exposure and sales.
In-depth understanding of the Chain Store market, able to assist in store surveys, formulate and execute paid joint marketing strategies, and improve new product display efficiency and sales performance in chain stores.
Capable of coordinating retail GTM teams and CM Reps teams to comprehensively cover IR stores through methods like direct material delivery and store visits, collecting sales data, and maintaining store relationships.
Possesses keen market insights, regularly providing feedback on market conditions, including competitor information and market dynamics, to offer timely market feedback and strategic adjustment suggestions to the team.
