HC Beauty is a leading sales and education company dedicated to helping local salons thrive by delivering luxury products, education and support services. As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success and growth in the industry.

Once you complete the training program and a territory becomes available, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Business Development Manager. You will then be responsible for achieving designated monthly and annual goals by selling products and services, prospecting new business and managing existing accounts. Our products and services are specifically targeted to medium sized, luxury, boutique sales and include high-end color systems, retail products, and technical and business education.

Sales Development Trainee Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a 6 month training program
  • Maintain a positive and engaged mindset
  • Consistently exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective communication.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to source new leads and build a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct virtual outreach through email, social media, and phone calls to connect with potential clients.
  • Schedule and attend initial meetings to understand client needs and present our product offerings.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospects to convert them into loyal customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Work towards achieving set targets and performance metrics to qualify for promotion to a Business Development Manager role, when one is available

Requirements:
  • Attended or attending a university (Graduating Winter 2024 latest); a degree in business, sales, advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for door-to-door prospecting.
  • Willingness to relocate pending graduation for career development
