Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Auburn, CA (Onsite)
Base Salary: $90,000-95,000 per year
Total Compensation: $102,916.7 Discretionary / KPI's
Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee assigned automotive HVAC programs and projects.
Develop business cases for new automotive HVAC opportunities.
Lead profitability-focused automotive HVAC projects from planning to completion.
Utilize experience in manufacturing, quality, and maintenance to address problems throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work-plan, budget, and timing for new automotive HVAC initiatives.
Report and communicate program and project milestones, risk assessments, strategies, and business analytical reports to the Director of Sales & Program Management.
Work with other Program Managers and department heads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple HVAC automotive projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or foreign degree equivalent).
3 years of progressively responsible work experience in roles such as Program Manager, Sr. Plant Process Engineering Manager, Maintenance Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Development Engineer, or related positions.
6 months of work experience must include working with production lines, cycle time optimization, blower balancing machines, helium leak testing machines, flame brazing machines, end-of-line testing machines, PLC program troubleshooting, and specific test methods including airflow test bench, calorimeter room, semi-anechoic chamber, thermal chamber, and 3D printing.
