The Opportunity
We're seeking high-energy Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their sales career in an exciting and dynamic industry.
Role Overview
As an ADR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. You'll work closely with our sales team, setting the stage for successful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media
Research accounts and identify potential opportunities
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Utilize Hubspot CRM and Lemlist to organize and track your activities
Communicate and collaborate with the team using Slack
Meet or exceed defined performance metrics (e.g., number of contacts made, meetings scheduled, opportunities created)
Ideal Candidate Profile
High activity go-getter with a strong ambition for growth
Early in their sales career but demonstrating a hunger for success
Digitally savvy with strong social media and marketing skills
Excellent research abilities and familiarity with advanced Google search tactics
