They are seeking a Corporate Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) space or a similar financial services environment, with a proven track record of scaling business operations across multiple regions. This role requires a visionary leader who can leverage technology and strategic planning to drive growth, particularly in niche markets. The Corporate Executive will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and leading it through its next phase of expansion.

Skill Set:
Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, specifically within RIA, investment management, or a closely related field.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Demonstrated success in expanding business operations into new regions and scaling organizational capabilities.
Strong experience in utilizing EOS or a similar operational framework to optimize organizational performance.
Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in financial services and ability to navigate compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a focus on technological innovation and operational efficiency.
