Purpose:
At DASI, the Program Account Manager is responsible for the development, performance, relationship, contract negotiation and deliverables management of existing and new programs and partnerships. The Program Account Manager works with the Director of Programs, and in collaboration with the Program Support Manager and peers, and with different areas of the company to analyse and assess the effectiveness of existing partners and channels. The Program Account Manager is focused on high performance from partners, sales growth opportunities, and high customer satisfaction; The Program Account Manager will be accountable for the internal and external coordination of new partners onboardings, program expansion, program review meetings, and partner satisfaction and retention; ensuring successful implementation and sustained growth of current and new partners. This role may require significant international and domestic travel.
This role can be based out of GA, NC, IL, OH, AZ or FL.
Key accountabilities:
Manage contracts with partners, making sure they comply with all commitments and deliverables (NDA, RFI, RFP, Supply Agreement, Amendments, etc.), being attentive to agreements expiration dates and making sure to communicate and instruct internal areas about partners specific terms and conditions.
Coordinate Program Review Meetings, ensuring the analysis and discussions about all key aspects of the business including sales, activity, fulfilment, price competitiveness, returns, reciprocal sales, surplus opportunities and additional strong suite of KPI's.
Strive for program expansion with current partners and additional business opportunities, helping solve their problems
Coordinate payments and account statements reconciliations between DASI and partners finance teams.
Manage all internal and external steps of a new partner onboarding process, engaging and instructing the internal areas and operational team before and during the program go-live, as well as coordinating new program kick off meeting and sharing key information through the guidebook
Perform inventory analysis and comparison, searches and quote activities and price competitiveness, to ensure maximum benefit of the program, while also managing and negotiating rice yearly escalation
Proactive management of booked orders not yet under program responsibility, to speed up payment, compliance or other issue with the customer, to increase sales order conversion rate
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Know Your Partner dashboard, including organization chart, culture, divisions, type of products, relevance to DASI, etc.
Provide leadership for Vendor Management strategies and execution across DASI partners and prospective partners.
Measure performance, set benchmarks and derive insights continuous improvement.
Proactively provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for key projects and management.
Work closely with various business functions to identify sales and program growth opportunities.
Deliver significant year-over-year revenue growth while sustaining supplier quality and performance and customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain policies and procedures for effective and compliant partner management on behalf of DASI clients.
Work with other internal and external senior leaders across different functions to ensure that the programs deliver on its objectives.
Leverage Marketing and CRM teams to develop supplier and customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Experience and qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Aviation Background.
Experience managing a team in a global environment, including a record of innovation and success in bringing about change in business processes.
Contract Management Background.
Experience of managing businesses through significant change.
Broad-based business knowledge and experience in forging strategic relationships externally.
