Growing software development company in Annapolis, MD needs to expand its Sales team with Sales Development Representatives to work in our Annapolis office. They are looking for someone who can effectively generate high quality B2B sales leads and prospects through telephone calls and email campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound lead qualification and research
Develop new business opportunities through telephone and email communications
Set-up demonstrations in designated sales territories
Identify key buying influencers to determine budget and timeline
Enter qualification data in Marketing CRM system (Outreach)
Develop and run reports based on results
Build and maintain an organized database of leads and prospects
Education & Skills:
Must have or be pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Enthusiastic team player with exceptional computer and communication skills
Must possess working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint Excel, etc.)
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or projects
Driven and resourceful in finding accurate and current information via telephone & internet
