We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager that meets the following requirements & qualifications.

Requirements - Skills & Tech Stack:
Salesforce: Must be proficient in using and optimizing Salesforce.
Excel: Strong capabilities in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Data Sourcing Platforms: Experience with platforms like ZoomInfo or similar is required for research and data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Maintenance and Development:
Collaborate with the Business Systems Team to ensure smooth Salesforce operations and ongoing system improvements.
Customer & Prospect Data Management:
Oversee the research, entry, and continuous improvement of critical customer and prospect data, ensuring accuracy across all business areas.
Sales Process Development:
Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to refine and implement effective sales processes that support business goals.
Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training for sales, SDR, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
Assist the Sales Analytics team in producing detailed reports, identifying KPIs, tracking trends, and measuring sales performance.
Business Initiatives Support:
Participate in and support key initiatives such as tradeshows, open houses, and territory planning. Oversee template management for internal and external use, competitive analyses, and market research on new tools and tactics.
Qualifications:
University degree or college diploma
2+ years of leadership experience
3+ years of relevant experience in relevant field
