Star Financial is seeking experienced telemarketers to join our vibrant team in Laguna Hills, CA. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our talented loan originator and appraisal team, contributing to the success of our organization while developing your skills in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Star Financial services, including loans and appraisal services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their financial needs and determine how our services can assist them.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, client interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the loan originator and appraisal team to ensure prospective clients receive timely information and support.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to encourage referral business.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics, including call volume and lead conversion rates.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with financial services or real estate is a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary: Minimum wage, paid biweekly.
20/hr plus bonuses
