Responsibilities
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and contract research organizations.
Drive business growth by securing new opportunities in site-based, hybrid, and decentralized clinical trials.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Represent their Clinical Research Division at industry events and conferences, highlighting our services and expertise.
Use CRM tools to track progress and manage relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales within the clinical research sector, with a proven record of initiating and closing deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Self-starter with strong lead generation skills and effective sales strategy development.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; relevant experience and qualifications will also be considered.
1-2 years of experience in clinical research, site networks, CROs, pharmaceuticals, or related sales roles, with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
