Job Description:
Assist with New Accounts creation and Money Movement to support Financial Advisors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist new advisors in onboarding their books of business
- Provide virtual and in-person support with account opening and money movement
- Communicate with Advisors on outstanding tasks
Skills/Education:
- 1+ year of experience within the finance or operations sector a plus
- Experience Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work as a part of a team
