The Manager, Regional Office is responsible for the branch operations of the regional office. They are responsible for leading and developing their team, providing after-hour member support, attaining production goals, and expanding membership while delivering legendary member experience. The Regional Office Manager is also responsible for promoting membership expansion by networking with local fire stations, unions, professional firefighter organizations, and attending events.
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing all regional office operations. This includes performing routine audits as necessary and fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities.
Ensuring members' needs are met through a consultative approach, going above & beyond whenever possible through multiple channels, from traditional phone interactions to in-person conversations to Improve the Financial Lives of Our Fire Family, and ensuring every member, every time, is receiving legendary service across all interactions.
Promoting membership expansion by networking with local fire stations, unions, professional firefighter organizations, and attending events where brand exposure is optimal. This includes working with the business development team when needed to support this effort.
Handling escalations which include researching and responding to member inquiries in a timely manner. This includes working with other departments to coordinate responses, research, resolutions, or carry out other required duties to support our membership.
Effectively managing lending and deposit pipelines.
Forecasting and scheduling teams to provide members with adequate coverage each day.
Leadership Responsibilities:
Regularly meeting with each team member, managers and FSCs, to coach and mentor to ensure alignment around FFCU's mission, vision, and values.
Providing team members with training, tools, and resources to successfully perform their jobs.
Holding teams accountable for meeting all service level agreements, ensuring the team's work is accurate/efficient, and providing coaching, feedback, or training as needed.
Providing and ensuring development opportunities are available for team members as part of their overall career path with the Credit Union.
Leading change by identifying opportunities that consistently raise the bar and improve service levels.
Assisting the Credit Union with executing the business plan of the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative.
Experience supervising or managing employees.
Experience with sales and operations at a financial institution.
