Job Description:
Role: Presales Manager / Director RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and manage a team of pre-sales and sales consultants
- Develop and implement a strategic pre-sales and sales consulting roadmap for the US market, focusing on data, analytics, and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Leverage deep technical expertise in data, analytics, and cloud technologies to develop compelling solution demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and solution feasibility.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Lead and participate in complex sales cycles, including RFP responses and negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong technical knowledge base of our solutions and the competitive landscape.
- Coach and mentor pre-sales and sales consultants to continuously improve their skills and expertise.
- proven track record of success in solution engineering roles.
QUALIFICATION :
- 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of success in solution engineering roles
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, and cloud technologies (e.g., Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud platforms)
- Experience leading and managing pre-sales and sales consulting teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business) with Masters degree preferred.
