About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and sophisticated Store Manager to lead their flagship Miami location. This role demands a blend of luxury retail expertise, leadership prowess, and business acumen.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing sales associates.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure delivery of personalized, world-class service to our discerning clientele.
  • Handle VIP clients and oversee clienteling initiatives.
  • Resolve complex customer issues with grace and professionalism.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Manage store budget and optimize operational costs.
  • Represent the brand at local events and foster community relationships.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and local market dynamics.

Qualifications:

Management experience in luxury retail, preferably with a global brand.

Required Skills:
  • An in-depth understanding of high-end brands, current fashion trends, and the expectations of discerning clientele.
  • You have a commanding yet approachable demeanour that inspires trust in both customers and staff.
  • You possess the cultural awareness and social grace to interact comfortably with an international, affluent customer base.
  • Able to combine creative flair with sharp business instincts, able to make data-driven decisions that boost both brand prestige and profitability.
  • Someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of luxury retail, staying calm under pressure and adapting quickly to changing trends and customer needs.
  • Always looking for creative ways to enhance the customer experience and differentiate our brand in a competitive market.
  • You demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and discretion, crucial when dealing with high-value merchandise and VIP clients.
  • Very comfortable with digital tools for inventory management, customer relationship management, and social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office suite.
