Work Structure: Hybrid, 3 days per week office based
Salary: up to $60,000 basic, $90,000 OTE with a 50% variable
Due to continued success, we are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our US Sales team. As an Enterprise SDR, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities. We're building a Sales Development team with the aim of creating a world-class growth engine and becoming the primary source of new talent for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. As part of these plans, we require motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience to become the first members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including your sales network, marketing / in person events, and lead generation tools.
Sales Presentations: Conduct introductory calls with Enterprise prospects.
Qualification: Understand prospective client challenges and how AutomatePro can solve these challenges
Coachability: Can learn on the job, take feedback, and grow your sales skills.
Key Personal Identification: Understand our buyer personal and how you can present tailored messaging to key executives within our Ideal Customer Profile
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, sales development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and contribute to the development of new sales strategies.
CRM Hygiene: Have effective handovers between sales development and account executives updating the CRM accordingly
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1+ years of Enterprise Sales Development experience in Software Sales
Skills: Strong communication, sales background, good work ethic, and positive attitude
Technical Knowledge: ServiceNow or Enterprise Application experience preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
