Emerging, growing, science-driven Surgical Aesthetics company seeks an Independent Sales Representative (1099) to promote their line of Aesthetic/Therapeutic Skincare products to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other physician practices within Wisconsin territory (see Territory info in Key Points section below). The company has a line of innovative, science-based (clinically supported) products that are directly dispensed by doctors to their patients. This firm has a seasoned management team, and a strong pipeline of new products under development.
Position Description (Brief Overview)
* Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory
* Prospect and open new accounts
* Grow business with existing accounts
* Market Development: Drive and increase sell-through of products within physician practice by developing and executing marketing programs that create patient demand and awareness
Qualifications/Requirements
* Direct-to-physician sales experience with Cosmeceutical/Aesthetic/Capital/Surgical products
* Strong knowledge and relationships with Aesthetic physicians in territory (Surgical experience a plus)
* Territory Info: Milwaukee and Madison key focus, territory covers the State of Wisconsin; candidate should reside in the territory
* Compensation: 1099 Independent Sales Rep role, 20% of Revenue Commission (see company for official details); company may provide stipend for expenses
* Support: Company has Inside Sales team that can assist outside sales rep
