Position Overview:
As a Sales Trainee in the Roofing Division, you will play a critical role in connecting homeowners with our roofing solutions. This is an entry-level position that provides hands-on training in sales fundamentals, product knowledge, and customer outreach techniques. The position involves engaging potential customers directly within local communities, helping them understand the benefits of our roofing services and renewable energy products. You will gain experience in lead generation, relationship building, and sales strategy-all essential skills for a successful career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively participate in community-based outreach to connect with potential customers
Educate homeowners on Trinity's roofing solutions and the benefits of eco-friendly upgrades
Assist with setting appointments for roofing consultations with the sales team.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Trinity's roofing products and their value to customers
Track and manage leads and customer interactions using CRM software
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies

Ability to work independently in an active, community-based role
Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
