Role Overview
In this dual role, you'll be both a Senior Project Manager and Estimator, bringing work into the company while managing high-value projects. Reporting directly to John Grey, SVP, you'll oversee project engineers as needed, providing guidance on everything from cost estimation to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating & Business Development: Lead the estimation process, develop project budgets, and engage in business development to bring in new work. Candidates with strong BD skills are highly valued.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Key upcoming projects include healthcare, senior living, and multi-family developments.
Leadership: Manage and mentor project engineers, helping to build a capable team that can support the company's growth.
