Robert Half Marketing & Creative is seeking a client solutions manager (account manager) who will be tasked with new business development, account management, solution sales, customer service, and recruiting.
Responsibilities • The client solutions manager will market the services of Robert Half to commercial clients to generate new business through cross-leveraging existing Robert Half relationships, cold-calling, executing outbound prospecting and digital sales development strategies, servicing in-bound client inquiries, attending networking groups, and through the use of tools such as SalesForce.com, AI Tools, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, & our proprietary database, etc. • The client solutions manager / account manager will create and execute digital & email campaigns for the purposes of business development • The client solutions manager will also execute tele-prospecting campaigns • The client solutions manager will conduct in-person/on-site client visits for the purpose of business development • The client solutions manager will negotiate and establish contractual/recruiting agreements with clients • Qualify client job orders/requirements and establish plan to placement • The client solutions manager / account manager will coordinate placements of contract & full-time consulting talent • Identify opportunities for large-scale managed services • Provide customer service & counsel clients on strategy to attract & on-board talent • The client solutions manager educates clients on current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions, technical, creative, and marketing salary ranges and local variances • The client solutions manager maintains an ongoing relationship with qualified clients to secure future/ongoing needs.
Requirements • Minimum 3 years' experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management in a role such as business development manager, account manager, sales development representative, account executive, etc. • Experience in creative, marketing/digital marketing or advertising in a broad sense; preferably experience selling creative solutions and/or managed creative services, advertising, public relations, digital media, project management, or similar (preferred) • Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal (required) • Experience in staffing and/or recruiting, human resources (preferred)
Education • Bachelor's Degree is required.
