As they expand their sales team, they're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Development Representative to join their Miami office. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is a self-starter with a proven ability to generate a strong leads pipeline, while contributing to the growth of a company that is modernizing nonprofit banking.
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
? Manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.
? Research new potential markets and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects
? Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation strategy.
? Target prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and conferences
? Nurture inbound marketing-generated opportunities into clients
Qualifications:
? 2+ years of business development and/or sales experience focused on outbound software sales
? Strong desire to move up within a sales organization
? Proficiency with SalesForce, Hubspot, Apollo, and other sales-tech/CRM SW.
? Preferably an excellent understanding of the multi-chapter membership organizations/nonprofit landscape.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and exercise flexibility
? Creative problem-solver with strong research and analytical skills
? Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills
