As a Director of Continuous Improvement (Integration) you will be performing:

Main Objective: Lead the design, implementation, and sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives across the region while contributing to the company's global strategy. This role requires collaboration with regional and global teams to ensure operational alignment, enhance productivity, and drive long-term success across all levels of the organization. The director will focus on integrating best practices, optimizing business processes, ensuring consistency with global standards, delivering measurable results across the Americas and impacting global operations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership & Integration:
  • Develop and lead the Americas' continuous improvement strategy in alignment with the global operational excellence vision.
  • Act as the key liaison between regional and global leadership teams to ensure that local initiatives align with global strategies.
  • Drive the integration of continuous improvement methodologies across diverse business units.

Process Optimization & Change Management:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a robust change management strategy to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools across the Americas.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the success and sustainability of improvement efforts. Global Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to share best practices, lessons learned, and innovations that can be applied across other regions.
  • Ensure continuous communication between regional operations and global headquarters to promote transparency and collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align continuous improvement initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Engage with regional and global stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization. • Facilitate training and development for teams on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

Project Management & Execution:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects across the Americas, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of performance goals.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with cost, quality, and delivery expectations, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation. Performance & Sustainability:
  • Monitor the effectiveness of continuous improvement programs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Drive the development and standardization of processes that are scalable across regions and support global operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through ongoing training, mentoring, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement initiatives with measurable global impact.
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other relevant methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization, with strong cross-regional collaboration.
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel 20-40% of the time.
  • Possess valid passport
