Our client, a rapidly expanding staffing firm with ambitions to grow across the Southeast, is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager with a strong sales foundation and a passion for leadership.
Position Summary:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to both the sales and recruiting teams. This position has overall sales, service, and P&L responsibility for the office. Successful candidates will have a track record of success in growing a territory as a senior salesperson or as a Branch Manager.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales and recruiting teams to ensure successful order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Cross-Office Collaboration: Partner with other branch offices to improve client fulfillment rates and optimize cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
Leadership Experience: 1-2 years managing high-performing sales or recruiting teams.
Sales Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience in a sales-focused role, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Staffing Industry Background: Previous experience in staffing is highly desirable, especially in light industrial or technical staffing.
