Fortune-Johnson General Contractors is seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that embraces ambiguity, thinks big, and brings their own uncompromising standards of excellence.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and invoicing
Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
Perform monthly reconciliations
Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Address and respond to vendor inquiries
Desired Skills and Experience:
2+ years of administrative experience within a fast-paced organization
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats
Ability to maintain focus while working in a high level, fast paced environment.
Ability to effectively organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
