We are searching for a driven individual with investment and finance foundation + desire to focus on sourcing new deals for the private equity investment team. To be successful, the position requires a certain tenacity and perseverance, as well as sales & marketing abilities. The role is part of a diverse 15-person team, and will regularly interact with C-Level executives from target companies in the technology sector.

Responsibilities include managing relationships with quality investment target companies, performing deep fundamental research into each firm and broader industry competitive landscape research, proactively reaching out to C-Level executives from target companies and building long-term relationships, procuring M&A targets for the existing portfolio companies, staying involved in deal process with exposure to due diligence & negotiations to support the full cycle of deal closing.
Hybrid in-office / work from home structure (4/1 during 1st year while learning & ramping, with potential flexibility to 3/2 once up to speed in year 2)
Attractive compensation upside tied to personal performance. Base Salary + Annual Bonus is the "Comp Foundation" + Sales Bonuses based on performance (big range with potential to double or triple the all-in comp numbers)

Qualifications:
1-4 years of applicable experience - may come from similar Private Equity Sales & Deal Sourcing Team, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development (M&A) or similar.
Understanding of technology companies' business models and KPIs - very helpful. (Litmus test - can you navigate through a conversation with a CEO of a rapidly growing SaaS company about their business metrics and future growth plans?)
Determined work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism - required
